Scott Williams

Scott Williams is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience leading significant projects in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Senior Construction Manager at Costain Group PLC since January 2025, Scott is spearheading the NZT/NEP carbon capture and storage project. Previously, Scott held the role of Area Construction Manager for Anglo American and Sirius Minerals Plc on the Woodsmith Project, where responsibilities included overseeing substantial construction activities at the Teesside end of the project. Earlier positions include Construction Manager at SABIC, overseeing the Teesside Gas Cracking Project, and various leadership roles at Amec Foster Wheeler and Aker Kvaerner, focusing on project management, asset remediation, and multi-project delivery. Scott holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree from Nottingham Trent University.
