Kira Anderson

Kira Anderson currently serves as the Head of Executive Recruiting at CoStar Group, a position held since June 2025. Previously, Kira was the Interim Functional Technology Practice Leader - Global Managing Director at Diversified Search Group from September 2023 to June 2025 and a Partner at True Search from December 2020 to September 2023. Kira's earlier experience includes significant roles at Oracle, where responsibilities spanned from managing global strategic alliances to leading talent acquisition for executive leadership positions. Kira began career in talent acquisition with Korn Ferry International as a Principal, focusing on C-suite searches for private equity and public companies, and earlier as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Kira holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University.
