Mary-Kathryn Walker

Mary-Kathryn Walker is an Associate Research Consultant at CoStar Group, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Walker worked at Christopher Newport University from August 2021 to December 2023 as a Student Mail Room Worker and Supervisor, overseeing over 30 employees and ensuring efficient mail distribution for more than 4,000 students and faculty. In the summer of 2023, Walker served as a Governors Fellow in the office of First Lady Suzanne Youngkin, handling public relations and event staffing. Additional experience includes roles as a server at P.F. Chang's and as a team member at a Chick-fil-A franchise. Walker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Christopher Newport University and a high school diploma from Veritas School.
