Mark Ita

Mark Ita has extensive experience in various roles within the education and customer service sectors. Currently employed at Costco Wholesale in the Mailroom since August 2022, Mark also works at Costco Travel as Maintenance/Security/Front Desk Reception since March 2021. Previous positions at Costco include Member Services Representative and Front Desk Receptionist, along with administrative roles as a Travel Agent. Prior to joining Costco, Mark served as the Professional Development Director at the Bureau of Education & Research for 18 years and held principal positions at Issaquah School District and North Kitsap School District. Mark's career began as a Staff Development Specialist at Lake Washington School District. Mark holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Science from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of South Dakota, along with additional education from Seattle Pacific University.
