Anita Ripley

Anita Ripley possesses extensive experience in workforce management and staff development, currently serving as Assistant General Manager of Workforce Management and Assistant General Manager of Staff Development at Costco Wholesale since August 2016. Prior to this role, Anita held various positions such as Staff Development Training and Quality Manager and Consumer Data Manager within the same organization. Co-founding Woofster from January 2015 to January 2017 involved developing and implementing a business plan focused on sales and new business partnerships. Earlier career experience includes a managerial role at Emerald City Pizza, overseeing human resource objectives and operational management, and serving as Restaurant General Manager at Round Table Pizza. Anita holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and an Associate’s Degree in Art from Green River College.
