Dr. Rudra Murthy

Dr. Rudra Murthy is an accomplished professional in the field of cyber security, currently serving as an Enterprise Cyber Security Strategist and Architect at Costco Wholesale since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Global Governance Risk Compliance Head and Chief Information Security Officer at Amazon, where significant contributions involved developing a global security governance program and risk-based security digitization initiatives. Dr. Murthy has also held pivotal positions at the Ministry of Home Affairs, spearheading major cyber security programs for India's Digital India initiative, and establishing frameworks for the country's biometric ID program at Aujas Networks. A strong educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Cyber Security Strategy and a Chevening Fellowship in Cyber Security.
