Raye Fraser

Raye Fraser is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in managing complex projects within the retail and tax service sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Costco Wholesale since February 2012, Raye leads cross-functional projects through all phases of the organization's framework.
