Matthew Foote

Matthew Foote is currently serving as a Law Clerk at Costello Ginex & Wideikis, PC since May 2024, following an internship at Ascend Justice within the Order of Protection Clinic and Economic Justice Project from December 2023 to April 2024. Previous experience includes various roles at Greystar from July 2021 to July 2023, including Leasing & Marketing Manager and Resident Services Manager. Matthew also contributed as a Research Volunteer for Lucas Kunce's campaign for U.S. Senate from January to August 2022, and as Research Staff for Jason Ruffalo's campaign for the Minnesota House from March to November 2020. Early experience includes a Summer Case Assistant position at Foley & Mansfield, PLLP from May 2017 to August 2019. Matthew is pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, expected to graduate in May 2026, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota in May 2021.
