Kevan Cohn

Kevan Cohn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kevan started their career in the hospitality industry at Giordano's of Brandon in 2006, where they served as a Server, Host, and Bartender. Kevan then worked at Encore Bistro & Bar as a Server and Lead Banquet Server from 2007 to 2008. In 2010, Kevan joined The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar as a Service Manager.

In 2011, Kevan transitioned to Terrace Café of Ballantyne as a Lead Server, Trainer, and Bartender. Kevan then moved on to CWS Apartment Homes, where they served as a Leasing Professional from 2012 to 2013 and Assistant Community Director from 2013 to 2014.

Kevan entered the real estate industry by becoming a Real Estate Broker at Keller Williams Realty - Charlotte South Park in 2014 until 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Lead Buyer Specialist at Shugart Realty Group from 2016 to 2017. Kevan later joined Team Southline at Keller Williams SouthPark as the Team Leader from 2017 to 2018.

From 2014 to 2021, Kevan held various roles at Keller Williams Ballantyne Area, including Productivity Coach from 2016 to 2021 and Real Estate Broker from 2014 to 2021. Currently, they are working as an NC/SC Realtor and Business Coach at Costello Real Estate & Investments since 2021.

Kevan Cohn completed a Pre License Course in Real Estate at the Superior School of Real Estate in the year 2014. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Occupational Studies Degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Management at the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, which they completed between 2009 and 2010.
