Pasquale Lamanna

Pasquale LaManna is an experienced marketing and operations professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Adelphi University. Currently serving as the Promotional Marketing Manager at Costello's Ace Hardware since May 2021, Pasquale develops and analyzes sales data to guide purchasing decisions and manages item-level promotions. Prior to this role, Pasquale was a Supervisor for the Merchandising Execution Team at The Home Depot, overseeing a team of 7-15 associates to enhance customer experience and improve sales. Pasquale also founded and led SMSB Consulting Group from 1986 to 2019, focusing on business development, project management, and customer service.
