Heyin Chen

Heyin is a GIS Developer and Analyst in CostQuest's Applications and Technology group. In this role, she focuses primarily on GIS support and data analysis offering a firm and broad skill set with an emphasis on spatial analysis, cartography, GIS application development, model building, and GIS technical support. Heyin also performs data statistical analysis to define data relationships and data structure with different types of database management systems, including PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite and Microsoft Access.
