Joe Freddoso

Joe Freddoso is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the broadband technology sector and community relations. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for CostQuest Associates since January 2023, Freddoso has been the Chief Operating Officer of Mighty River, LLC since July 2014. From July 2007 to July 2014, Freddoso was the President and CEO of MCNC, overseeing a vast fiber-optic infrastructure serving educational and health institutions in North Carolina. Prior experience includes a Senior Director role at Cisco Systems, where significant accomplishments in communications strategy and budget management were achieved. Freddoso's career also includes leadership positions with various sports organizations, demonstrating a diverse background in both technology and community engagement. Freddoso holds a Master of Science in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Marietta College.
