Scott Bredda

Scott Bredda has a strong background in engineering and leadership roles spanning over several decades. Scott is currently serving as the Engineering Director at Cosworth, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at BREDDA Engineering Ltd from August 2017 to January 2023. Scott has also served as the Technical Director at GE Precision Engineering Ltd from May 2007 to July 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Design Engineer at both Ilmor Engineering Ltd from 2002 to 2007 and Cosworth from 1998 to 2002. Scott also gained experience as a Project Engineer at Knorr-Bremse in 1997 and as a Design Engineer at Knorr-Bremse from 1995 to 1996. Scott started their career as an Apprentice at Ford Motor Company, where they served as a Ford Registered Vehicle Technician from 1986 to 1990.

Scott Bredda attended the University of Portsmouth from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Engineering & Engineering Systems.
