Pedro Angulo Monsalve

Pedro Angulo Monsalve has a wealth of experience in the field of Supply Chain & Procurement. Pedro began their career in 1992 as Subgerente Sistemas de Información at Frito Lay - Pepsico, where they implemented central systems for Human Resources, Maintenance, Purchases to Pay and Inventory Management (BPCS). Pedro then moved to ECCUSA - CCU - Pepsico as Subgerente Desarrollo de Sistemas, where they implemented a central ERP systems for Production Planning, Purchases to Pay process and Inventory Management (BPCS). In 1995, they joined DSM Engineering Plastics - Chemical, first as Program Director SPA Program for Western Europe, where they designed a concept for a centralized Order to Cash Process for Western Europe and implemented two Customer Service Centres. Pedro then became Regional Supply Chain Manager Western Europe, responsible for Design, Implementation and Control of Demand & Supply Planning, Sales & Operational Planning process, Customer Service Centre, Logistic Management, and Production planning for 7 countries in Western Europe. In 2006, they joined DSM Anti-Infectives - Pharma as Project Director PuriSAP Program for Western Europe India Egypt, where they managed a Change Program for Pharma Division of DSM. In 2009, they moved to Orica Mining Services as Vice President Supply Chain, Procurement & Lean Transformation Projects LATAM, with full responsibility on Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Inventories and Business Excellence areas for 10 countries. In 2016, they joined Flint Group as Regional Director Supply Chain & Manufacturing LATAM, where they were responsible for Regional Supply Chain Strategy, IS&OP process (Demand Planning, Supply & Inventory Planning), Transport Management, Warehousing & Customer Service, and Regional Operations Strategy, Production Control, Maintenance, Process Engineering, Transformation projects. In 2021, they joined ShipEcharter Pty Ltd as Advisory Board Member and Tigre-ADS as Regional Manager Supply Chain & Procurement, where they provided solutions for Construction, Mining, Water disposal and Agriculture sectors within Latin American countries. Pedro is currently working at Cotalker as Business Partner, and is the Founder - Executive Director of OptimaIntegra SpA, an International Consultancy Services company focused on Processes Optimization (Performance) and Processes Integration (Synchronization).

Pedro Angulo Monsalve completed a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad de Chile in 1998. In 1999, they earned a Diploma in Supply Chain Global Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. In 2002, they completed a DSM Course in Global Demand/ Supply Chain Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam. In 2005, they earned a Diploma in Lean Six Sigma from DSM Academy. Additionally, they studied Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Chile from 1976 to 1986.
