Arina Korchmaryov

VP North America Business Group; Global Agri Key Account Management at Cotecna

Arina Korchmaryov has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Arina currently serves as the VP of the North America Business Group and Global Agri Key Account Management at Cotecna Inspection, where they focus on restructuring operations and expanding the organization through organic growth and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Arina was the VP of the Baltic & Black Seas Business Group at Cotecna Inspection, leading the reconfiguration of the business model and achieving significant revenue and earnings growth. Arina also held the position of Vice President and Area Manager for Russia, Ukraine, and the Baltic States, as well as Country Manager for Ukraine at Cotecna Inspection. Prior to that, Arina worked as the General Manager of Ukraine at JSC Sovfracht, where they developed business strategies and optimized logistics. Arina also served as the Senior Vice-President of International Business Growth Strategy at UNI-Laman Group and held various roles in international development and consultancy at Hermona Services Limited.

Arina Korchmaryov's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Technology and Biotechnology from Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia, obtained between 1987 and 1992. Arina then pursued an MBA in Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix from 1999 to 2003. Arina also completed courses in Financial Management & Accounting at NRI School of Washington from 1996 to 1998.

In terms of certifications, Arina obtained a certificate in Connected Strategies from Wharton Online in 2021. Arina also completed the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School and a certification in Preparing to be a corporate director, both obtained at unspecified times. Additionally, they attended various programs at Harvard Business School, including the AMP program and courses at The Wharton School and The Aspen Institute related to business and society.
