Blair Kamrass

Blair Kamrass serves as the Chief People Officer at Coterie Insurance since August 2022, previously holding the title of Vice President of People Operations. With extensive experience in human resources, Blair transitioned from Unifund CCR, where the role encompassed Vice President of Human Resources from September 2016 to August 2022, to Director of Human Resources at the University of Louisville in 2019. Earlier positions include Human Resources Generalist at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati and various roles at Vantiv and Luxottica. Blair holds an MBA from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Science in Executive Human Resource Development from Xavier University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/International Relations from the University of Cincinnati.
