Bobbie Collies

Bobbie Collies is the current VP of Distribution and Growth at Coterie Insurance. Bobbie has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, starting as a Commercial Lines Underwriting Manager at Society Insurance in 2003. In 2015, they became the Vice President, Small Accounts Leader, Commercial Insurance at QBE North America. Bobbie then moved to SECURA Insurance in 2018 as their Director of Marketing. In 2020, they became the Vice President, Strategic Distribution at Grange Insurance. Bobbie is responsible for maximizing the presence and growth of Grange Enterprise at the national level by cultivating successful strategic partnerships with established, new and emerging distribution partners – with a strong focus on strategy and innovation taking our distribution model to new heights for both Grange and Integrity.

Bobbie Collies has a BBA from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in Marketing & Human Resources. Bobbie also has a certification from Prosci in Certified Change Practitioner, American Management Association in Facilitating an Effective Strategic Planning Process, The Institutes in AIS, and MRA - The Management Association in Advanced Leadership. Bobbie also has a certification from National Alliance of Insurance Agencies, Inc. in CIC, and MRA - The Management Association in Group Leadership. Finally, they have a certification from The Institutes in INS and SM.

They work with Horace Seymour - Director of Insurance Product, Paul Ziska - Director of Customer Advocacy, and Jane Decker - Regional Distribution Director. Bobbie Collies reports to David McFarland, Co-Founder & CEO.
