Kelley Whorl is a seasoned insurance professional with over 30 years of experience, currently serving as Vice President of Claims Operations & Management at Coterie Insurance since January 2021, where achievements include the Mo Coverage Award in July 2021. Prior to this role, Kelley held the position of Vice President - Claims Director at MMMA, part of Brown & Brown Insurance, managing a comprehensive third-party claims administration for over 200 self-insured employers. Kelley's career includes leadership roles at 5Star Administrators, Inc., Wausau Signature Agency, and Corporate Claims Management, where responsibilities spanned claims operations, business development, and client services.
