Michelle Ballen currently serves as the Director of Data & Technology at Peloton Interactive and holds advisory roles at Rocco and Coterie. Previously, Michelle was the Head of Data & Analytics at Future and led the Analytics Team at YouTube for Google. With extensive experience in data science and analytics, Michelle has also held senior positions at Billie, Inc., theSkimm, Casper, Thrillist, and BrightLine. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Pre-Med from the University of Maryland and completed additional education through Metis and the Reforge Growth Series.
