Natalie Tilley has extensive experience in the field of HR, with a focus on compensation, benefits, HR analytics, and HR operations. Natalie has held key leadership roles in various companies such as Coterra Energy, Pinnacle™ Agriculture, and Builders FirstSource. Natalie also has experience running their own consulting business, where Natalie helped develop total rewards programs for a variety of clients. Natalie is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
