Chad Kinkead

Chad Kinkead has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, focusing on risk adjustment, population health management, and quality improvement. Chad currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager at Cotiviti, where they are responsible for driving growth and performance in various business units. Prior to this role, they worked as an Executive Consultant and Advisor, providing strategic guidance to payers, healthcare services companies, and physician-led organizations. Chad also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Change Healthcare, where they led a team responsible for improving member health outcomes and engagement. Earlier in their career, Kinkead held senior positions at Ciox Health, Optum, Siemens, and the IT/Dot com industry. Chad'sroles involved overseeing operations, client engagement, and business improvement initiatives, contributing to the success and growth of the respective organizations.

Chad Kinkead earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Management from Benedictine University between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Business Management and Human Resource Management from the University of Central Missouri from 1994 to 1998.
