Chris Mastro has extensive work experience, starting with their role as Director of Six Sigma/Process Engineering at Allied-Signal from 1989 to 2000, where they led strategic process improvement teams and achieved over $100 million in productivity improvements. Chris then joined Capital One in 2000 as Senior Director of Process Engineering, where they established the first enterprise Process Engineering team and drove process excellence across the company. In 2008, Chris became the VP of Digital Operations at Capital One, responsible for digital operations across multiple channels. In 2014, they joined Genworth as a Risk Management Leader, where they developed and launched enterprise risk management capabilities and was the risk lead for a strategic transaction with China Oceanwide.
