Yamini Khurana

Yamini Khurana is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, technology, media, data privacy, and intellectual property law. As a Founding Partner at Plexus Legal since March 2019, Yamini has led significant practice areas. Currently serving as Panel Counsel for the Competition Commission of India, Yamini also acts as a Strategic Business and Legal Advisor for Coto and OnePlay, focusing on organizational growth, legal compliance, and market strategies. Additionally, Yamini provides strategic legal advice to Macmerise and contributes as a National Council Member for WICCI. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Associate at ASA Legal and Associate at Mr. Amarjit Singh Chandhiok, with early internships developing a strong foundation in various legal domains. Yamini holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
