Spencer Brinson

Spencer Brinson is a seasoned professional in product development and operations management with significant experience in the outdoor and sporting goods industries. Currently serving as Circularity Operations Manager at Cotopaxi since September 2023, Spencer oversees warranty and repair strategies, optimizes sustainability initiatives, and collaborates with key business partners. Previous roles include Product Developer 2 at Arc'teryx Equipment, where Spencer engineered product development from concept to production, and Product Developer at Hydro Flask, focusing on creating commercially viable products.
