Karen Ann Josephides is the People Director for Arsenal Football Club, leading a team of Equality, HR and Safeguarding professionals and has been with the Premier League Club since 2010. Karen Ann has a BA Honours Dunelm in Archaeology, an MSC in Strategy Human Resources Management and is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development. Karen Ann has been passionate about archaeology from an early age, has experience as a Trustee for Nordoff Robbins (the largest independent music therapy charity in the UK) and is a member of the Governments Disability Confident Business Leaders Group. She was appointed Chair of the Finance and Resources Committee in 2020
