Donna Rhodes, SPHR®, SHRM-SCP℠

Donna Rhodes, SPHR®, SHRM-SCP℠ has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness. Donna began their career in 1997 at National City Corporation as an Executive Programs Data Administrator & Analyst for Executive Compensation. Donna then moved to a Performance Consultant role for Organization Effectiveness. In 2003, Donna joined Hodge Enterprises Inc. as Vice President and DR Business Connection as a Principal Business Consultant. In 2014, they moved to MAGNET as a Senior Business Consultant for PRISM/Workforce and Talent Development. Finally, in 2018, Donna joined COTSWORKS, INC. as Chief People Officer, later becoming Vice President of HR & Organizational Effectiveness and then Director of HR & Organizational Effectiveness.

Donna Rhodes, SPHR®, SHRM-SCP℠ holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development & Analysis from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Processing Management from David N. Myers University. Donna also holds certifications from SHRM, ACT, Peformance Dimensions International, LLC (PDi), IMPACT Training & Development, Inc., Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Cuyahoga Community College, LaMarsh Global, HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
