Nadine Mims has over 20 years of experience in the publishing industry. Nadine began their career in 1998 as an Inventory Analyst and Sales at Golden Books Family Entertainment. In 2001, they joined Penguin Random House as a Sr. National Account Manager- Walmart, where they were responsible for managing over 300 items on the Walmart Children's book planogram. In 2016, they began working at Cottage Door Press as a Sales Director. In this role, they were responsible for presenting and developing new product, analyzing space allocation and profitability, coordinating marketing plans, and maintaining a collaborative partnership with each buying team. Nadine was later promoted to Sales Director National Accounts, where their current account responsibilities include Kohl's, Readerlink (Walmart, Target, Meijer, Grocery, etc) and Thomas Allen (Canadian book distributor for Costco, Walmart, Indigo, etc).
Nadine Mims began their education journey in 1984 when they attended Marquette University and studied Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. Nadine then transferred to the Wisconsin School of Business in 1986 and earned a BBA in Marketing/Marketing Management, General in 1988. In 1994, they went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in Business Administration and Management, General.
