Livia Azevedo

Livia Azevedo is a Project Delivery Specialist at Cottage since August 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in project consulting and management. Previously, Livia worked at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger (SGH) from September 2019 to July 2022, first as a Project Consultant and before that as an Associate Project Consultant, where responsibilities included consulting on building enclosure systems and overseeing project completion. Earlier experiences include roles as a Project Engineering Intern at DPR Construction, a Construction Project Management Intern at Kaiser Permanente, and a La Guardia Airport Project Intern at Skanska USA. Livia holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Building Science from the University of Southern California, graduated in 2019.
