Lainie Chase

Lainie Chase is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with experience spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as the D&I Workforce Development Business Partner at Cottage Health, Lainie focuses on fostering an inclusive environment while collaborating with stakeholders to align DEI initiatives with organizational goals. Previously, Lainie held the position of DEI Manager at Columbus Metropolitan Library, overseeing DEI activities and creating a supportive work environment. Lainie has also contributed to Nationwide Children's Hospital as a Lead Consultant for Inclusion & Culture, implementing strategic diversity initiatives, and held several roles at Cardinal Health, enhancing employee relations. Lainie’s career commenced at BMW Financial Services and JPMorgan Chase, focusing on customer service and operational support. Lainie's education includes a Change Management certificate and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from Cornell University and Franklin University, respectively, along with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration.
