Layla Farinpour

Layla Farinpour, LMFT, is an accomplished mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical leadership and management within the fields of psychiatry and addiction medicine. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Care at Cottage Health since 2006, Layla oversees therapeutic services across various settings, including inpatient units and outpatient clinics. Prior roles include Manager of Therapeutic Services and Lead Psychiatric Case Manager, with a focus on case management and program implementation. Layla is also an Adjunct Faculty member in the MACP Program at Antioch University Santa Barbara and has maintained a private practice specializing in gender transition, substance use disorders, and couples therapy. With advanced degrees including an MBA in Health Care Administration and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, Layla combines clinical expertise with strong administrative capabilities, contributing significantly to patient care and program development.
