Maryna Tarasenko

Maryna Tarasenko is a highly skilled clinical nurse with extensive experience in critical care and nursing across various settings. Currently serving as a Clinical Nurse II at Cottage Health since March 2018, Maryna provides care to critically ill patients in the Surgical ICU. In addition to this role, Maryna works as an RN II at Community Memorial Health System, where responsibilities include floating among Medical-Surgical, ER, ICU/CCU, and Telemetry departments. With prior experience in various nursing roles, including a CottageOne Credentialed Trainer and Flex Team Nurse, Maryna possesses a strong background in patient care and information systems. Complementing this nursing expertise, Maryna has also contributed to the community as a Gymnastics Instructor, Caregiver, Sunday School Teacher, and Director at a Language School, showcasing a diverse skill set that spans healthcare and education. Maryna holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from California State University Channel Islands and an Associate of Arts in Biomedical Sciences from Santa Barbara City College, as well as a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Ukrainian Financial Economic Institute.
