Victoria S. Williams

Victoria S. Williams, BSN, RN, is a dedicated clinical nurse with extensive experience in neonatal intensive care and medical surgical oncology. Currently employed at El Camino Health since September 2019, Victoria manages the care of premature infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and is involved in high-risk deliveries, working collaboratively with respiratory therapists and neonatologists. Additionally, Victoria holds a charge nurse position in the Medical Surgical Oncology Unit, is chemotherapy/immunotherapy certified, and has contributed to the professional development of others by precepting student nurses. Prior to nursing, Victoria cultivated customer service skills as a food server at Black Angus Steakhouse and a sales associate at Victoria's Secret, demonstrating strong interpersonal abilities and a commitment to excellence in various fast-paced environments. Victoria earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from San José State University after completing studies at West Valley College.
