Penny Odell

Penny Odell has extensive experience in the nursing and healthcare management fields. Currently serving as a Clinic Registered Nurse at Cottage Hospital since November 2024, Penny previously held the position of Director of Clinical Operations at Heading Health from January 2023 to November 2024. Prior to that, Penny worked at Weeks Medical Center from June 2013 to November 2024, where responsibilities included Registered Nurse for Employee Health Infection Control and Assistant Practice Manager at Lancaster Physicians Office. Penny earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Maine at Fort Kent between 2010 and 2013.
