Julie Oeth

Julie Oeth, PHR, has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Julie began their career as a Recruiter at Kforce in 2000 and then worked as a Sr. Recruiter at Funk Software (acquired by Juniper Networks) from 2002 to 2006. Julie joined Principal Financial Group as a Corporate Negotiator in 2006 and later moved on to Aon Consulting as a Sr. Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruiting in their Recruiting Outsourcing Division. In 2009, they joined Aviva plc as a Procurement Manager and later became the Business Manager to North America EVP, HR. Julie then joined Athene USA in 2012 as the Director of HR Systems and subsequently became the Vice President of Human Resources. In 2016, they joined Cottingham & Butler as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Julie Oeth, PHR, completed their undergraduate education from 1996 to 2000 at the University of Northern Iowa. During this period, they earned a Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, and Journalism.
