Susan Miller

Susan Miller has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles within the operations and IT fields. Susan is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Cotton Candy Inc., a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, Susan worked at Aimia Inc. from 2009 to 2020, initially as the Director of Reward Operations and later as the General Manager of Reward Operations. Susan was responsible for overseeing order fulfillment, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and call center operations, with a focus on driving operational efficiencies and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Before their time at Aimia Inc., Susan held multiple roles at Carlson Marketing Canada from 2000 to 2009, including Vice President of Business Process Management, Vice President of CMM Operations, and Director of CMM Operations. In these positions, they managed contact center operations, led technology initiatives, and successfully implemented program launches for the Enhancement Services division.

Susan's earlier experience includes a role as the Director of IT at TeleTech from 1998 to 2000 and a management position at TMS Multimedia from 1992 to 1998. Susan'soldest education credential is a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Western University, which they obtained from 1983 to 1986.
