Danielle started their career in 1995 with Country Road, where they held multiple management positions and successfully met all KPIs. After that, they worked as a Regional Manager at Sunglass Hut, where they achieved all financial KPIs for 15 stores across Melbourne and Tasmania. Danielle then joined Sanity as a State Manager, responsible for all financial KPIs for 65 stores in NSW. Later, they worked at Country Road as a Cluster Manager, achieving outstanding customer service and budgeted contribution. Danielle also worked at David Jones as a Store Manager and at Cotton On Group in various capacities, including Head of Global Retail Engagement and Operations. Danielle'smost recent role was at Cotton On Group as the Head of global KIDS brand trade.
