Diana Paek

Diana Paek, SPHR, currently serves as the Head of People, U.S. at Cotton On Group since January 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Diana previously held significant roles such as Head of HR for Retail & Supply Chain at Bed Bath & Beyond and VP of Employee Experience at Saks OFF 5TH. Diana also worked as the Chief Human Resources Strategist at Inclusent, focusing on equity, diversity, and inclusion. Prior to these positions, Diana excelled at Macy's, where responsibilities included oversight of over 500 stores and customer contact centers as a VP, HR Business Partner, as well as leading strategies in talent acquisition and management. Diana's career began in the Macy's organization, progressing from an Assistant/Associate Buyer to Human Resources Manager. Diana holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
