Matthew Smith

Matthew Smith has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Matthew started their career as an IT Support Administrator at Just Group, providing support to over 800 stores. Matthew then worked as an IT Manager at Fletcher Jones & Staff, where they revamped the neglected IT department. After that, they joined Lovisa Pty Ltd as an IT Manager, driving the expansion of the company's store network. Matthew continued their career as a National IT Manager at Furniture and Bedding Concepts, leading significant change within the organization. Matthew also served as the Head of IT at Peter Rowland Catering and kikki.K, where they took ownership of the IT department and supported major events and managed technology and supply chain. In their recent roles, Matthew worked as the Head of Information Technology at Plush - Think Sofas, IT Store Systems & Capabilities Manager at Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (API), and Head of Business Systems (Enterprise Reporting & People Systems) and currently as the Head Of Systems - Analytics, Data & Finance at Cotton On Group.

Matthew Smith attended Aitken College from 2000 to 2005, where they completed their high school education. In 2013, they enrolled in Holmesglen and obtained a Diploma of Information Technology Networking in 2014. Additionally, they earned a certification in ITIL 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2020.
