Johan Kurniawan

Mr. Johan, 51 yo, has a professional background in finance and operation before joining the Company. He served as a Supervisor at PT ICI Paint Indonesia, Assistant Manager at PT Taylor Nelson Sofres Indonesia (now Kantar TNS Indonesia); as a Tower Manager at PT Dragages Indonesia, as an Assistant Vice President at PT Batavia Prosperindo AM; as a Vice President at PT CIMB Principal AM Indonesia; as a Managing Director at PT Winratama Perkasa, as President Director at PT Win Andalan Utama, as EVP at PT Post Energy Indonesia. Mr. Johan was appointed as the Company’s Independent Director in May 2018. He is also a Corporate Secretary and Operation Director of the company.

Mr. Johan graduated from the MMUI, from the University of Indonesia in 2001.
