Sharman Garrison is a seasoned Behavioral Health and Addictions Registered Nurse with extensive experience in mental health care. Since May 2016, Sharman has worked at Cottonwood Springs, focusing on behavioral health and addiction issues. Previous experience includes serving as a Behavioral Health Care Management RN in private practice and at Koved Care, as well as an Emergency Psych RN at Ascension, where Sharman provided critical assessments for psychiatric emergencies. Sharman also led teams at Oregon State Hospital and Eastmoreland Hospital as a Geri-Psych Charge RN, demonstrating leadership and expertise in patient care. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Nursing from Newman University and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts & Sciences from Wichita State University.

Cottonwood Springs is a 72-bed behavioral facility outside of Kansas City. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults and seniors.
