Alessandro Agostini

Alessandro Agostini is an experienced business leader currently serving as the General Manager for Coty in Italy since October 2016, with full P&L responsibility and oversight of a workforce of approximately 150 employees across various functions. Previously, Alessandro held multiple roles at Coty, including Senior Sales Director for Ecommerce customers and Distributor markets, and sales roles focusing on luxury and consumer beauty segments. Alessandro has extensive marketing experience, having managed major brand portfolios and introduced successful programs like the Wella acceleration initiative. Prior to Coty, Alessandro worked at Procter & Gamble as a Trade Marketing Manager overseeing strategies for professional brands in Europe and Russia, and at Einsights Pte. Ltd. as Head of Client Engineering for a business intelligence solution. Alessandro holds a Master of Science in Business Development and Management of Innovation from Halmstad University and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from Università di Trento, along with a course in Technology Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.
