Amanda Ng currently serves as an Operations Analyst at Disney Cruise Line since January 2024 and has been with The Walt Disney Company since March 2019, where Amanda acts as the Recreation Deep-Water Lifeguard Coordinator for Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. This role involves leading over 100 Cast Members daily while fostering a strong teamwork culture for park operations. Previous experience includes an internship in Operations Integration at Disney Cruise Line, coordinating large-scale events as a Competition Coordinator, and serving as a Deep Water Lifeguard at Walt Disney World, where Amanda developed life-saving skills and took on responsibilities in training and facilitation. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
