Ashley Riches BA MCIPS possesses extensive experience in procurement and sourcing, primarily with Coty since 1994. Currently serving as the UKI Indirect Procurement Lead and Procurement Pre & Post-Integration Lead, Ashley develops global indirect commodity strategies that enhance operational support in the UK & Ireland while driving substantial savings. Previous roles include Global Sourcing Director for both merchandising and external operations, where Ashley managed multi-million dollar spends and implemented standardized supply chain processes. Early career positions at Coty included Procurement Manager and Senior Group Buyer, focusing on raw materials and packaging.
