Flavio Roberto Allebrandt Faria

Flavio Roberto Allebrandt Faria is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR leadership, talent acquisition, and performance management. Currently serving as the LATAM HR Director and Executive Manager of Human Resources at Coty since September 2021, Flavio is responsible for key HR functions across the Latin America region. Prior roles include Executive Manager of Human Resources at Grupo Cimed, where Flavio implemented a new talent acquisition process and significantly improved workforce planning and budget management. Additional experience includes senior management positions at Embraer and CPFL Energia, along with roles in project management and administration at various companies. Flavio holds advanced degrees in project management from Stanford University and business administration from Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná.
