Ramiro's expertise includes compensation & benefits, global mobility, HR analytics, labor relations, and HR administration. Ramiro holds a degree in Human Resources from the University of Buenos Aires and an Executive MBA in Business Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
