Elsa Aguilar

Elsa Aguilar serves as the HR Latam Director at Weber-Stephen Products LLC since March 2017, overseeing all HR activities in the Latin America region and leading internal communication and global HR projects. Previously, Elsa held the position of HRBP Director at SAP from December 1997 to September 2016, where responsibilities included HR strategy for Mexico, Central America, and Northern Latin America, along with expertise in people strategy, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion. Elsa's career began at Nortel Networks as an HR Specialist, focusing on recruitment and employee development. Elsa holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad de Las Americas and completed an HR Program at IPADE Business School.
