Jamie Neighbor

Jamie Neighbor is a seasoned finance professional with over 18 years of experience in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Manager at Coty since May 2020, Jamie oversees the annual budget setting process and provides critical feedback to both EMEA Segment Leadership and Corporate Leadership in the US. Prior to this role, Jamie held various finance positions at Starbucks Coffee EMEA B.V. from October 2015 to September 2019, managing a small team to forecast a significant portion of the store portfolio in EMEA and supply chain operations. Jamie began at Starbucks in September 2006 as a Senior Financial Analyst and played a crucial role in budget forecasting and achieving stretch goals, relocating from Seattle to Amsterdam in 2013. Earlier experience includes a Portfolio Analyst position at Microsoft, managing corporate funds and securities lending programs. Jamie holds a degree from The University of Kansas, completed in 2000.
