Rhonda Sydor

Rhonda Sydor is an experienced sales and account management professional with a strong background in the beauty and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as General Manager for Canada at Coty since August 2013, Rhonda has held various leadership positions including Senior Director of Sales for Luxury and Director of Sales for the Luxury Drug Channel. Accomplishments at Coty include winning a 2017 Leadership Award and leading strategic account management for major drug accounts. Previously, Rhonda held roles at Iovate Health Sciences and Newell Rubbermaid, where notable achievements included being awarded Vendor of the Year by Walmart and significantly increasing sales. Rhonda started their career in marketing and sales promotions at Canadian Tire Corporation. Rhonda holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing Management from the University of Guelph.
