Riccardo Iavarone

Riccardo Iavarone is an experienced procurement and operations leader with a strong background in managing significant spend and driving transformative sourcing strategies. At Coty, from February 2018 to June 2023, Riccardo held roles including Director of Indirect Procurement for North America, overseeing a $350M indirect procurement budget, and Senior Manager, managing $150M in retail indirect procurement. Prior to Coty, Riccardo served as a Consultant for Chiara Boni S.p.A., leading the launch of the brand's first US flagship retail store. Additionally, Riccardo founded and led Lanciani Jewelry and Modital Bijoux, achieving $25M in annual revenue through the establishment of 20 retail stores. Riccardo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College and has pursued continuing education in Financial Accounting at Baruch College.
