Roman Pavlenko

Roman Pavlenko currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Agroplem, JSC, focusing on developing mid-term business strategies in new distribution channels such as HoReCa, Non Food, and Pharmacy since February 2022. In addition, Roman holds the position of Head of Distributors Operations Consumer Beauty & Life Style for Coty in Russia, a role undertaken since October 2019. Prior to these positions, significant experience includes serving as New Business Development Manager at Wrigley since December 2010, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development and business growth identification across various sectors. Previous roles also include leading sales teams and managing key accounts in eastern Siberia and the Far East at OOO "Эрманн" and focusing on sales development of baby food at OAO ЭКЗ Лебедянский. Roman's educational background includes a degree in Engineering from ВСГТУ.
